500 · 590 · 485Students & graduatesFor eligible students, guardians and recent graduates.

We assess course and qualification requirements, age and English criteria where applicable, lodgement location, visa history and family inclusion. Graduate eligibility depends on the relevant stream and qualification; a study place does not promise permanent residence.

482 · 186 · 494Employer-sponsored visasFor employers recruiting talent and workers with an eligible sponsor.

Skills in Demand, permanent employer nomination and regional sponsorship have different requirements. We examine the occupation, experience, skills assessment, salary, sponsorship and nomination evidence, and the available permanent pathway.

189 · 190 · 491 · 191Skilled migrationFor skilled applicants exploring independent, state or regional pathways.

We review occupation eligibility, skills assessment, English, age and points, then assess expressions of interest and nomination requirements. An EOI or qualifying points score does not guarantee an invitation. Subclass 191 has its own regional residence and other criteria.

820/801 · 309/100 · 300Partners & familyFor couples planning life together in Australia.

Compare onshore and offshore partner applications and prospective marriage options. We organise relationship and sponsorship evidence, assess location and visa-history issues, and prepare responses to requests from Home Affairs.

103 · 804 · 143 · 864 · 870 · 101/802Parents & childrenFor families considering reunion, temporary stays or permanent options.

Parent and child visas have distinct sponsorship and eligibility rules. We explain balance-of-family requirements where relevant, age and location rules, contributory costs, queuing and temporary options before you choose a route.

600 · 601 · 651Visitors & short staysFor eligible tourism, family visits and limited business visitor activities.

The appropriate option depends on your passport, purpose and circumstances. We help address evidence of a genuine temporary stay, funding and travel plans. Visitor permission does not generally allow employment.

407 · 408Training & temporary activitiesFor structured occupational training and eligible temporary activities.

We identify the correct activity or stream and examine sponsorship, nomination, training plans and supporting evidence. These visas have specific purposes and are not general work visas.

858National Innovation VisaFor exceptional achievement in an invitation-based permanent pathway.

We assess the fit between your achievements and the National Innovation Visa framework, organise evidence of international recognition and examine the expression-of-interest, invitation and nomination requirements. An invitation is not a visa grant.

417 · 462Working holidaysFor eligible passport holders combining travel and short-term work.

Nationality, age, previous visas, specified work and country arrangements affect eligibility. We check the applicable subclass, any ballot or cap, and conditions for a further working holiday visa.

Bridging visas · 155/157Bridging & resident returnFor people managing lawful status, travel or permanent-resident return.

We review current visa conditions, expiry dates and travel needs. Bridging visa travel permission and permanent-resident travel facilities are different issues; check the appropriate permission before leaving Australia.

A refusal or cancellation needs a different approach.

If you have received a decision or a notice proposing cancellation, check the deadline promptly. We can assess review rights, a response or other available remedies.
